What is the ruling on qunut in the calamity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so that we curse those who wronged them and pray for them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding, O our Shaykh, qunut in a calamity, meaning, is it permissible for us, for example, here in Jordan or in Kuwait or wherever we are, to perform qunut in a calamity for our brothers in Bosnia who are afflicted there?

The Shaykh : Yes, this is permissible, although I believe that such qunut is of no benefit. What is beneficial is defending Muslims in all the lands of the world with all the strength one can muster, and we do not see any of this, because Muslims today, as you know, are like the saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him):
Like the foam of a flood غثاء كغثاء السيل
. However, the original ruling is that it is permissible to pray for oppressed Muslims. Is that clear?

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : Now, O Shaykh, a warning came to us a full week before my arrival in Jordan. Some young men from Bosnia and Herzegovina who had gone there and returned came to us, meaning they saw the reality of the situation there, and they said: The strange thing we see before us is the massacres, meaning morning and evening.

The Shaykh : Yes, what does this have to do with your question and my answer?

The questioner : My brother, qunut, meaning, we pray in some mosques in Kuwait, meaning we call it qunut for a calamity.

The Shaykh : May Allah forgive you, you are wasting my time, not just your own. What is the benefit of this talk? I have already answered your question that this qunut is prescribed. So now, what do you want from this talk? Move on for other questions?

The questioner : Is qunut permissible, meaning?

The Shaykh : Did I not tell you?
