Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Likewise, it is not permissible to urinate in stagnant water or the like, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that, as in the hadith of Jabir narrated by Muslim.
Therefore, it is not permissible for a person to urinate in stagnant water, such as a pond or the like. As for flowing water, the flowing water moves and is not affected, unless it is flowing like an irrigation channel, and there are people underneath who purify themselves with this water, or drink from it. In that case, it is not permissible because it harms those underneath. And success is from Allah.
