Is it permissible to pull a worshipper from the row in front of him to stand with him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: What is the ruling if a worshipper enters the mosque and does not find a place in the first row? Is it permissible for him to pull any person from the first row, or what should he do?

A: If a man enters the mosque and finds the rows full and does not find a gap in the row, he must wait until he finds a gap, or until someone comes with him, or he should stand to the right of the imam. He is not permitted to pull anyone from the row, because the hadith reported on this matter is weak; and because pulling him from the row causes a gap in the row, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded the closing of gaps. And success is from Allah.
