Ruling on pulling a man out of the row for one who did not find another person

The question: This is a message we received from Yahya ibn Ahmad al-Jabiri from Najran. He says: To Riyadh, the radio program Nur 'ala al-Darb, peace be upon you and Allah's mercy and blessings. And after that: Is it permissible to pull someone from the first row and those after it? And is there a sin on me if someone pulls me and I do not move? And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Muwatta Malik 3:3? We ask for clarification of the disagreement in this matter, and for giving us the stronger opinion, and thank you?
The answer: It is not permissible to pull someone from the first row or any other row. Rather, the one who comes should look for a gap and enter it. If he does not find one, he should be patient until someone comes to stand with him. And if he moves forward with the imam and prays to the right of the imam, there is no harm. As for pulling someone from the first row or the second row or... no. As for the hadith:Bulugh al-Maram 2:328 it is a weak hadith and it is not permissible to rely on it. And because pulling is an action upon people without right.
So the result is that it is not permissible to pull, and the one who is pulled is not obligated to move. Rather, if he wishes to remain in his row, he remains in his row, and no one has the right to pull him from his row.
Then, pulling from the row causes a defect in the row and a gap in the row, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered to fill the defects and straighten the rows. So the one who enters should not pull anyone, but should look for a gap. If he finds a gap, he enters it and fills the row. If he does not find one, he moves forward with the imam and stands to the right of the imam. If that is not facilitated, what is prescribed for him is patience until someone comes so they stand together. If the prayer ends and no one comes, he prays alone after that, and praise be to Allah, and there is no blame on him. Because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:Bulugh al-Maram 2:327 So it is not permissible for him to pray alone behind the row, but he should be patient until he finds someone to stand with him. And some of the scholars of knowledge held that if he does not find anyone, it is permissible for him to pray alone. But this is a weak opinion that contradicts the apparent meaning of the authentic hadiths, so there is no basis for relying on it. But the believer is patient, hoping that he may find someone to stand with him. If he finds a gap, he enters it. And if it is facilitated for him to stand with the imam, he stands with the imam to his right. This is what is prescribed in our knowledge. Yes.
The presenter: You have done well, and may Allah reward you.
If people knew what was in the adhan and the first row of the prayer and could only draw lots for it, they would draw lots.
