Continuation of the answer regarding: What do we say about the leaders of the disbelieving party?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : This truth removes many difficulties from our minds that we hear in our present age, due to, first, the prevalence of misguidance on one hand, and the dominance of ignorance among Muslims on the other. Therefore, Allah the Exalted said:
And thus we have made you a just community وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا
[Al-Baqarah 2:143]
. The middle path requires that we distinguish between creedal disbelief and practical disbelief, between verbal disbelief and heart-based disbelief. So, if we know from a person's heart, by one sign or another, that he does not accept any of the rulings of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), then at that time we do not hesitate to state explicitly that he is a disbeliever.
