Continuation of the explanation of the author's statement: "If he swore not to eat meat and then ate fat, marrow, liver, or something similar, he has not broken his oath"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"If he ate fat, marrow, liver, or something similar, he has not broken his oath" But if he intended by that to avoid grease, did he? Does he break his oath by eating these, considering the intention or the cause? For example, if he swore, saying, "By Allah, I will not eat meat" because of an illness he had, and grease contradicts his condition, then we say he should not eat these things. If he eats them, he has broken his oath.
