Does the regular voluntary prayer suffice for the two rak'ahs of tawaf?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Do the two rak'ahs of tawaf suffice for the regular voluntary prayer?

Answer:
No, it is a distinct recommended practice; for this reason, al-Zuhri said: The recommended practice is better than what some people said...., the recommended practice is to pray two distinct rak'ahs.
Q: ... Are they obligatory or a recommended practice?
A: The well-known view among scholars is that they are a recommended practice, and the opinion that they are obligatory is a strong opinion, but the well-known view among the people of knowledge is that they are a recommended practice; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when some of the Companions asked him, after he mentioned the five prayers, "Is there anything else upon me?" He said:
No, unless you do it voluntarily.لا، إلا أن تطوع
