What is the ruling on a driver or servant for a woman without a mahram?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Sometimes she has a driver without his wife being with him, so for example, if he said: It is better if you come...?

Answer:
His wife, even if she is with him, is not a mahram.
Q: For example, if he said: It is better if the driver's wife comes with her instead of him taking her alone?
A: In any case, the seclusion is removed, otherwise she is not a mahram in travel, it is not permissible. But from one place to another, from one house to another, from the school in the town; here the seclusion is removed if his wife is with him, or another woman is with her, or another man is with him; the seclusion is removed. Seclusion occurs with two people:
A man is not alone with a woman but the third of them is Ash-Shaitanلا يخلُوَنَّ رجلٌ بامرأةٍ إلا كان الشيطانُ ثالثهما
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2165Sahih (Darussalam)
.
Q: If they have an old woman, perhaps they bring her a servant in the house, and she has no one but this servant?
A: By Allah, this is dangerous. If they have no one else; it is dangerous that he is alone with her and there is fitnah, but if there are two women in the house, it is easier.
