Question:

The presenter: He says: I wear a long plastic shoe that reaches the knee. Is it permissible for me to pray the Fajr prayer in it if I put it on while in a state of ritual purity? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
Yes, if you wear it while in a state of ritual purity for a period of one day and night if you are a resident, for a period of one day and night, and if you are a traveler, for three days and their nights, provided that this covers the foot along with the heels; then praise be to Allah, yes.
