Ruling on touching the Qur'an for one in a state of ritual impurity when there is a need

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If I touch the noble Mushaf without performing wudu' to arrange it or change its place when there is a need for that, is there a sin on me?

Answer:
If the need calls for touching it without a barrier, a person lifts it using a barrier. He places a handkerchief, a towel, or something similar in his hand and lifts it, if it does not have a cover. As for if it has a cover, he lifts it by its cover. But if it does not have a cover, the man or the woman moves the Mushaf from one place to another using a barrier. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
