The time for performing the post-prayer dhikr for a traveler who combines and shortens the prayers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The question is somewhat lengthy. It asks: If a person is traveling and has combined the 'Asr prayer with the Zuhr prayer and shortened it, or the reverse, or combined the 'Isha' prayer with the Maghrib prayer, or the reverse, is it permissible for him, once he mounts his mount, to recite the prescribed dhikr after the prayer? For example, seeking Allah's forgiveness three times, and so on, and glorifying Allah, praising Him, and declaring His greatness, each thirty-three times, and concluding with the hundred recitations of "There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is over all things competent," and reciting the Verse of the Throne, Surat al-Ikhlas, and the two chapters of protection (al-Mu'awwidhatan), while he is on his mount? Or is the reward recorded for him without his reciting them? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If he prays the combined prayer while traveling, and then mounts his animal or car, he should perform the prescribed dhikr. If he performs it on the ground, praise be to Allah. If he mounts, because he has a pressing need for speed, then he should perform it while in the car or on the mount, and praise be to Allah. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
