The ruling on killing a cat unintentionally

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a mother caused the death of a cat without intending to, and the mother fasted three days as a result of what happened, is she sinful?

Answer:
No, she is not sinful if she did not intend to kill it. She owes nothing, neither fasting nor anything else. If she did intend it, she must repent and feel remorse, but there is no need to fast. She repents to Allah through remorse, ceasing the act, and resolving not to return to it, if she was deliberate. As for if it was a mistake, she owes nothing.

The presenter : Praise be to Allah. May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
