Ruling on women following an imam whom they cannot see and whom the other worshippers cannot see

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first message in this episode was sent to the program from Tabuk by one of the female listeners, who used the letters (Sh. 'A. Gh. S.) as a code for her name. Our sister says: There is a prayer area for women in some markets, which is attached to the mosque in that market. Is it obligatory for the women who pray there to follow the imam of the mosque, or should they pray on their own, given that they can hear the imam's voice? May Allah reward you with good.
Answer: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon the Messenger of Allah, upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance.
As for what follows:
These women should pray on their own and not follow the imam if they cannot see the imam and cannot see the other worshippers, and only hear the voice. The voice is not sufficient as long as they are outside the mosque. As long as they are outside the mosque, they should pray on their own, each woman praying by herself. However, if they can see the imam or the other worshippers, or if they are inside the mosque, there is no harm in following the imam in this case. But if they are outside the mosque, they should pray on their own if they cannot see the imam and cannot see the other worshippers. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good and do you good.
