Answer: Plucking eyebrows is the removal of the hair from the eyebrows, and likewise the hair on the face is called plucking eyebrows, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)

, but if there is hair that disfigures the natural appearance, it is permissible for a woman to remove it, such as the mustache and the beard; because this is not one of her characteristics but rather belongs to the man, so if it grows on her, it disfigures her natural appearance. For this reason, the scholars permitted removing the mustache and beard from a woman so that she is not disfigured in her appearance before her husband and before her sisters and mahrams who look at her, and Allah is the One to be sought for help.
