There is no blame on one who prays the five prayers with a single ablution, because the objective is to perform them in a state of ritual purity. So if he is in a state of ritual purity, there is no blame. If he prays Fajr in a state of purity and remains in that state for Zuhr, 'Asr, Maghrib, and 'Isha', the prayers are valid.
