Is it permissible to use contraceptive pills instead of coitus interruptus?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
You ask and say: Is it permissible to use contraceptive pills instead of coitus interruptus for a period of two years until the first child is weaned, given that the mother has no illness, but she wants to breastfeed her child for two years?

Answer:
It is not advisable to use the pills; because they are harmful and cause the withholding of the child. As for coitus interruptus, it is easier; because the fluid may precede it, and the child may be conceived. As for using the pills and the like; it is not advisable except from a harm, such as if she has many children and is unable to serve and raise them; then there is no harm in using the pills after consulting the specialized doctor and his report that they are not harmful, with the consent of her husband to that.
And as for if there is no harm, she is healthy, and her womb is healthy, she is not sick, and she does not have many children whose upbringing is difficult for her; then it is not advisable in this case, and it is not permissible to use the pills. Yes.
