Is the witr prayer performed after 'Isha' when it is combined with Maghrib?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
In his second question, he says: When we pray Maghrib and 'Isha' combined, do we pray witr immediately, or not?

Answer:
Yes, if the Muslims pray 'Isha' with Maghrib combined for rain, or mud, or if the Muslim prays 'Isha' with Maghrib for illness, or for travel; then he prays witr afterwards. He prays the sunnah of Maghrib, then he prays the sunnah of 'Isha', then he prays witr and performs tahajjud. And if he is in the town, he prays tarawih if they combine for the hardship of rain, or mud and clay. If they pray 'Isha' with Maghrib early, they pray tarawih afterwards, and praise be to Allah. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
