The ruling on performing the witr prayer after combining the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner (A. A.) says: I was traveling and I combined the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers by performing them early. Then I performed the witr prayer after that, and the time for the 'Isha' prayer had not yet arrived between the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers. Is my witr prayer in this time valid?

Answer:
Yes, if the traveler or the sick person combines the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers by performing them early, the time for the witr prayer begins after the 'Isha' prayer, even if the time for the Maghrib prayer is still remaining. As long as he has combined the Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers by performing them early while traveling or due to illness, he should perform the witr prayer after that, even if the time for the Maghrib prayer is still remaining. Yes.
