The ruling on sleeping after Maghrib and delaying the 'Isha' prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Our sister says: I am a student in the college, and we never leave it until after two o'clock. I am exhausted, and I try to hold out until the time for the 'Asr prayer, then Maghrib, and after that I sleep and do not wake up until eleven at night, when I then pray 'Isha'. Is there a sin on me for delaying the 'Isha' prayer until eleven?

Answer:
Sleeping between Maghrib and 'Isha' is disliked. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked sleeping before it and talking after it. You should hold out until you pray 'Isha' when the twilight has disappeared. However, if you delay 'Isha' and pray it before the middle of the night, there is nothing wrong with it. The standard is the middle of the night; you must pray it before the middle of the night. The night varies, so you must pray 'Isha' before the middle of the night. But it is disliked for you to sleep between Maghrib and 'Isha' if you are able to avoid it. If you rest between 'Asr and Maghrib, between the 'Asr prayer and Maghrib, that is better than sleeping after Maghrib. This is because sleeping after Maghrib is disliked. "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked sleeping before it and talking after it" means after 'Isha'. But if you rest and sleep after 'Asr, after the 'Asr prayer and before Maghrib, that is better than sleeping after Maghrib, so that you pray Maghrib and 'Isha' in their proper times. Yes.
