Delaying the Maghrib prayer until the time of 'Isha'

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: A question from A. A. H. He says: I and some of my family go to a neighboring town about fifty kilometers from our town to buy some necessities, and we return with the Maghrib prayer. Sometimes we do not leave until late because of the traffic and the shortness of the Maghrib time, and we may not arrive until the second 'Isha' adhan, meaning: after the time of Maghrib has passed. Is it permissible for us in this case, given the distance of the town and the hardship that befalls the women, to delay the Maghrib prayer until we reach our town?

A: There is no blame on you for delaying the Maghrib prayer, in the situation described, until you reach the town, in order to remove the hardship. However, if it is easy to perform it on the way, that is better.
