What is the ruling on the Friday bath for women?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Also, from the Holy City of Madinah, a letter signed by one of the sisters, the sender: (M. A). Our sister asks your Eminence about the ruling on the Friday bath for women who do not go to the mosques, but rather pray in their homes. If it is obligatory for them, when is it? Is it before the midday prayer? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
There is no Friday bath required of women. The bath is for the one who goes to the Friday prayer, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever goes to the Friday prayer, let him take a bath.من راح إلى الجمعة؛ فليغتسل
Sahih Ibn Hibban 8:198
As for them, the recommended practice for them is to pray in their homes, and there is no bath required of them; it is only for the men. Yes.
