Question:
He also said regarding Surat al-Kahf: This hadith was reported about reciting it on Friday: "Whoever recites it on Friday, Allah will forgive him what is between it and the next Friday, plus three days. And whoever recites the last five verses of it when he goes to sleep, Allah the Exalted will resurrect him [on the Day of Resurrection] if He wills." They said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah! He said: "Surat al-Kahf." What is meant by (wills)? Is it Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He)?

Answer:
The hadith is weak. It is only reported from some of the Companions that they used to recite Surat al-Kahf on Friday. So if he recites it on Friday, that is good, if Allah wills. It is recommended to recite it due to the action of some of the Companions, and this is supported by some weak hadiths like this one. Yes.
