Who are those whom sweat will overwhelm on the Day of Resurrection?

Regarding those whom sweat will overwhelm on the Day of Resurrection: is that for the general public, or for those who have committed sins?

Answer:
The apparent meaning of the hadith is general, but the intended meaning is the disbelievers and the people of sins. As for the believers, they will have safety and happiness in the standing of the Day of Resurrection, in the grave, and in Paradise. However, a person should fear that what befell the people may befall him because of his death while persisting in some sins—may Allah grant us well-being.
