The tenth question of Fatwa No. ( 189 ):
Q10: How will people rise from their graves on the Day of Resurrection, and how will the prophets, the poles (quṭb), and the substitutes (abdāl) rise, and who is the first to be clothed?
A10 : Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, will recreate people on the Day of Resurrection from the tailbone, and they will grow from it perfectly formed, just as plants grow from seeds and palm trees from pits. Then they will emerge from their graves barefoot, naked, and uncircumcised, hurrying along, as if they were scattered locusts or dispersed butterflies. They will not lose the way to the Place of Standing; rather, they will be more guided to it than the sandgrouse, as if they were rushing toward a fixed point. The first person from whom the earth will split open is our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and he is the first to recover from the fainting. As for the first to be clothed after the resurrection, it is the Intimate Friend of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The terror will intensify for all people until every prophet on that day will say, "My soul, my soul." Whoever reads the verses of resurrection in Surat al-Qamar, Surat al-Ma'arij, Surat al-Qari'ah, and similar chapters will find much of what has been mentioned clarified. It is established in the two Sahihs that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 3349 Book of the Beginning of Creation, and it is established in [the two Sahihs] that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih al-Bukhari 2412 the hadith, and in them as well: Sahih al-Bukhari 7472 the hadith. See the verification of these two hadiths in [Sharh al-Tahawiyyah] in the discussion of al-Tahawi regarding the conditions of people on the Day of Resurrection. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers upon our Prophet Muhammad , and his family and his Companions, and peace upon them.

It is established in the two Sahihs that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
You will be gathered (on the Day of Judgment), bare-footed, naked and not circumcised." He then recited:--'As We began the first creation, We, shall repeat it: A Promise We have undertaken: Truly we shall do it.' (21.104) He added, "The first to be dressed on the Day of Resurrection, will be Abraham, and some of my companions will be taken towards the left side (i.e. to the (Hell) Fire), and I will say: 'My companions! My companions!' It will be said: 'They renegade from Islam after you left them.' Then I will say as the Pious slave of Allah (i.e. Jesus) said. 'And I was a witness Over them while I dwelt amongst them. When You took me up You were the Watcher over them, And You are a witness to all things. If You punish them. They are Your slaves And if You forgive them, Verily you, only You are the All-Mighty, the All-Wise." (5.120-121)
إنكم محشورون حفاة عراة غرلاً ثم قرأ: كَمَا بَدَأْنَا أَوَّلَ خَلْقٍ نُعِيدُهُ وَعْدًا عَلَيْنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ وأول من يُكسى يوم القيامة إبراهيم ، وإن أناسًا من أصحابي يؤخذ بهم ذات الشمال فأقول: أصحابي أصحابي، فيقول: إنهم لم يزالوا مرتدين على أعقابهم منذ فارقتهم، فأقول كما قال العبد الصالح: وَكُنْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيدًا مَا دُمْتُ فِيهِمْ ، إلى قوله: الْحَكِيمُfor on the Day of Resurrection all the people will fall unconscious and I will be the first to emerge from the earth
إن الناس يصعقون يوم القيامة فأكون أول من تنشق عنه الأرضfor the people will fall unconscious on the Day of Resurrection, I will be the first to regain consciousness
إن الناس يصعقون يوم القيامة، فأكون أول من يفيق
