The ruling on saying "our master" and "our lord" to a shaykh

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
It is mentioned in some old books: "Our master and lord, the shaykh, said..."?

Answer:
It is safer to leave this out, except for a slave. There is no harm in a slave saying: "I do not say 'my slave' or 'my maidservant,' but rather 'my master' and 'my lord,'" meaning the slave.
Q: Well, if the shaykh has passed away, is it permissible to say: "May Allah benefit us with his blessing and the blessing of his knowledge in this world and the Hereafter"?
A: There is no harm in the blessing of his knowledge, but as for his personal blessing, nothing appears to indicate that it is a blessing that remains among the people. This is so that the worshippers of graves do not imagine otherwise. So, the blessing of his knowledge and his guidance is fine. The scholar is blessed; his knowledge is passed down in this world and the Hereafter through transmission and books.
