If the described noun is deleted, how is the grammatical case determined, and does the description take the place of the described noun in grammatical case?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the described noun now: if the description is deleted, does the description take the place of the described noun in grammatical case, or do we assume it?

The Shaykh : It does not take its place. The correct view is that it takes its place; we do not need to assume it. For example:
[Commanding him], "Make full coats of mail أن اعمل سابغات
[Saba 34:11]
We say: "Sābigāt" is the object of "a'mila." We do not need to say: "The object is deleted, and this is a description."
