This is the successful remedy for the Islamic world, and indeed for the whole world, from the turmoil and disagreement, anxiety and corruption and spreading of corruption that it is in, as Allah the Exalted said: [Muhammad:7] And He the Mighty and Majestic said: [Al-Hajj:40-41] And He the Exalted said: [An-Nur:55] the verse. And He the Exalted said: [Al-Imran:103] And there are many verses in this meaning.
But as long as the leaders, except for those whom Allah wills, seek guidance and direction from other than the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and judge by other than His Shari'ah, and submit to what their enemies have placed for them, they will not find a way to escape from the backwardness and mutual strife among them, and the contempt of their enemies for them, and their failure to give them their rights [Al-Imran:117].
So we ask Allah to gather them upon guidance, and to rectify their hearts and their deeds, and to grant them the implementation of His Shari'ah and steadfastness upon it, and the abandonment of what contradicts it. Indeed, He is the One who has the power to do that and is capable of it. And may Allah send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his companions.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْAnd Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might. (41) [And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters.
وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ * الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِAllah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me
وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًاAnd hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided
