His supervisor does not hold him accountable for adhering to the work schedule

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: I was transferred from the Madinah al-Munawwarah region to the Jeddah region to work there. A colleague called my direct supervisor in Jeddah and explained my health and family circumstances so that the supervisor could help me by transferring me back to work in Madinah al-Munawwarah given my circumstances. He replied that he could not transfer me, but expressed his willingness to help me. When I
started working, the supervisor told me that he would help me by lightening my workload and gave me the green light to come to work at any time I wished, provided that I fulfilled my duty of taking over the shift. My health, praise be to Allah, allows me to perform the work. My question is: Do I have any obligation if I do not attend work according to the permission granted to me by my direct supervisor? I sometimes do not attend work for a full week, and sometimes I only work two or three days a week. The work is not affected by my presence or absence. Therefore, I ask your eminence to answer my question.

A: It is obligatory for you to perform your job duties as long as you are able to do so, and you must maintain full attendance at work.
