Guidance for one who is afflicted with working in a bad environment

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
My work circumstances sometimes compel me to work with a group of workers who commit many sins and do not perform the rituals of religion, despite my advising them. Is there a sin on me if I continue working, or must I leave it despite the lack of guarantee of finding another job? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good?
Answer: There is no blame on you, if Allah wills, in remaining in the job if there is a pressing need or dire necessity, provided you give advice and forbid what is wrong. Whenever it becomes easy for you to leave, strive to do so; because their proximity may harm you and harden your heart. But despite all this, you must forbid what is wrong and give advice, so that perhaps Allah may guide them or some of them through your means.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
