The ruling on one who swears an oath of divorce three times and an oath of prohibition

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The question: A message was received for the program from the listener Mahmoud Abu al-Hasan Mahmoud from the Arab Republic of Egypt. He says: I made an oath, and in this oath I said: "Upon me is divorce three times, and you are forbidden to me like my mother and my sister." This oath came upon me because of a piece of land between me and my brother, and I swore the oath that I would not lay my hand on this land. Currently, I am in a state of necessity because I am in need. I ask you to issue a ruling for me. May Allah reward you with good.

The answer: You must consult the fatwa office at al-Azhar or the Mufti of Egypt, for there is blessing in them, if Allah wills, and they are sufficient. We ask Allah for success for everyone.
The presenter: O Allah, amen.
