The imam prayed and heard a ma'mum say the takbir for the opening while the imam was saying his takbir

Question:
He also says in another question: I prayed as imam with two men. I heard one of them say the takbir for the opening while I was saying my takbir for the opening. I continued the prayer while believing that the prayer of the man mentioned was invalid. What is the ruling? May Allah preserve you.

Answer:
The most apparent view is that your prayer is valid and the prayer of the second man is valid. As for him, he is ordered to repeat the prayer; because he said the takbir with the imam, whereas it is obligatory for him to say the takbir after the imam, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When he says takbir, say takbir.إذا كبر فكبروا
So you order him, after the taslim, to repeat the prayer. As for you, you are excused; because you heard him while you were in prayer, and the ma'mum is excused when he lags behind his companion, thinking he is upright, thinking his prayer is valid, and he has a shubhah (doubtful matter). And you have a shubhah in not rebuking him, and you had already said the takbir.
So the original ruling in this case is validity, if Allah wills, due to the shubhah regarding the validity of his prayer, because he stood with the second ma'mum, and you are unable to rebuke him during the prayer. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
