Is it permissible for me to pray in the house of a man who does not pray?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The one who does not pray, does he pray in his house?

The Shaykh : How?

The questioner : The one who does not pray, a person who does not pray, and I go to his house as a guest, do I pray in my house?

The Shaykh : You pray in his house and you order him to pray.

The questioner : May Allah reward you.

Another questioner : There is another question regarding the masbuq (one who joins the prayer late). We say by completing the prayer. If we say by completing, a person enters in the third rak'ah of the Maghrib prayer. If they are not in secret, do we recite aloud? The imam recites in secret, the ma'mum (one praying behind the imam) recites aloud in this case?

The Shaykh : Is he a masbuq?

The questioner : A masbuq, yes.

The Shaykh : Meaning he caught two rak'ahs.

The questioner : Yes, at the beginning, when he enters in the third rak'ah, when we say by completing, it means he recites al-Fatihah and the surah. Does he recite aloud in this case?

The Shaykh : O Shaykh, may Allah guide you, do not rush me.

The questioner: Yes, may Allah bless you.

The Shaykh : I am saying, did he catch two rak'ahs behind the imam?

The questioner : The imam was ahead of him by two rak'ahs, yes.

The Shaykh: There is no power nor strength except with Allah.

The questioner : He caught one rak'ah, the last rak'ah.

The Shaykh : O my brother, say yes or no, may Allah guide you.

The questioner : Yes, he caught one rak'ah.

The Shaykh : He caught one rak'ah.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : Meaning he caught the imam in the second rak'ah.

The questioner : In the third rak'ah.

The Shaykh : Then he caught two rak'ahs, may Allah guide you.

The questioner: Yes, may Allah bless you.

The Shaykh : What did you base it on? Did he catch one rak'ah or two?

The questioner : My question is, he entered with the imam in the third rak'ah, this specific rak'ah, is it recited in secret?
