The Ruling on Benefiting from the Organs of One Who Was Executed for a Shari'ah Penalty

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling on benefiting from the kidneys or the heart of a person who was executed for a Shari'ah penalty? Is it permissible or not?

Answer:
There is scholarly disagreement on this matter: some scholars have permitted it if the heirs consent, while others have prohibited it, stating that it is not permissible to dispose of the corpse, as it constitutes mutilation, and cutting a part of its parts is a matter of concern. Most scholars have examined this issue, and the majority have permitted it. In my view, one should refrain from doing so due to the desecration of the dead involved.
