Question:
Your Eminence, may Allah preserve you, this questioner says: In some cases, some guardians marry off their daughters and sisters against their will, even if the woman is refusing this man. Sometimes they take the mahr and do not give the woman anything from this mahr. So what is your guidance?

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 6968, and he said (peace and blessings be upon him): Sunan an-Nasa'i 3261Sahih (Darussalam).
