What are the matters in which a Bedouin may be excused?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The scholars mention regarding the people of the desert that the Bedouin may be excused. What are the issues in which a Bedouin may be excused? Is this specific to the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at the beginning of Islam?

Answer:
The Bedouin and the non-Bedouin are excused for things that might be unknown to them, such as: some of the pillars of prayer, some of the pillars of zakah, some of the things that break the fast.
As for denying prayer outright and saying, "I do not pray," or denying fasting outright and saying, "I do not fast in Ramadan," he is not excused; because this is something known from the religion by necessity, and every Muslim knows this.
Or denying the conditions of Hajj, or that 'Arafah is among the obligations of Hajj and the acts of Hajj; because this might be hidden from him, but he acknowledges Hajj and that it is obligatory; because such things might be hidden from a layperson.
Q: It is mentioned about some of them that they do not know about major ritual impurity, and that they do not take a bath from it?
A: He is taught. A layperson might not understand, and especially some women, and he does not become a disbeliever.
