What is the manner of performing voluntary prayer on a mount?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the manner of performing voluntary prayer on a mount at this time?

Answer:
One prays on the mount, reciting while sitting, bowing while sitting in the air, and prostrating while sitting in the air, just as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do while traveling. One does this while traveling.
And likewise in a car, and likewise in a train, in an airplane, and in a ship.
However, if one is able to prostrate in a car, or in a train, or in a ship, or in an airplane, if he is in a spacious place and is able to prostrate and stand, he does so specifically for the obligatory prayer. As for the voluntary prayer, it is permissible to pray while sitting; because standing is not obligatory in the voluntary prayer. But the one who sits gets half the reward of the one who stands in the voluntary prayer. As for the obligatory prayer, one must pray standing.
So if the need arises to pray in an airplane: the time comes and he is in the airplane, or in the ship, or in the car, and the time comes, then he prays according to his condition. But in the car, he is able to stop the car and pray on the ground, like a mount. As for the airplane, he has no choice. So if he fears that the time will pass, he prays in it in the direction of its movement, turning with the qiblah wherever the airplane turns, and prays sitting:
So fear Allah as much as you are ableفَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[al-Taghabun:16].
