Is the hadith: "The imam does not pray in the place where..." authentic?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the grade of the hadith: "The imam does not pray in the place where he prayed the obligatory prayer"?

Answer:
The one I recall is that it is weak; this is the one I recall. I will review it, if Allah wills, in next Friday's session, if Allah wills, for the sake of confirmation.

Question: If the ma'mum (one praying behind the imam) recites tasbih and tahlil, is this considered speech, and does he pray in his place?

Answer: However, assuming its weakness, which is the apparent case; the more preferable course is that he not pray in his place; because if he prays in his place, there is a fear that people will think he is praying the obligatory prayer, or that he will forget and think he is praying the obligatory prayer, raising his voice with the takbir or the recitation in the last rak'ah or the like. So, if he moves from the place of prayer, it is more cautious, so that he is not thought to be in prayer, or so that others do not think he is in prayer.
