May Allah reward you with good. The following message was received by the program from Iraq, and its sender is our brother: Mustafa Muhammad Kakao Yasin. Our brother asks about the saying of the Truth, Blessed and Exalted is He: [Al-A'raf: 99]?
Answer: According to its apparent meaning: [Al-A'raf: 99].
Answer: According to its apparent meaning: [Al-A'raf: 99].
The intended meaning of this warning against the scheme of Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, is that Allah’s scheme is that He gives them respite and draws them in with blessings and good things, while they remain persistent in their sins and in opposition to His command. Thus, they are deserving of being taken by surprise and punished by surprise due to their heedlessness of Allah, their persistence in His sins, and their feeling secure from His punishment and anger.
So the meaning is: Beware of that. The meaning is: Beware of this sense of security and stay away from it. Feeling secure from the scheme of Allah is a great danger, and despairing of the mercy of Allah is a great danger. Therefore, it is obligatory that one does not despair and does not feel secure, but rather the believer, in his journey to Allah, is between fear and hope. He does not despair and lose hope, nor does he feel secure from the scheme and punishment of Allah and indulge in idleness and sins. But he must be between the two, proceeding to Allah in this abode and working in this abode between fear and hope. He remembers His greatness and the severity of His punishment for those who oppose His command, so he fears Him and fears Him, Glorified and Exalted is He. And he remembers the greatness of His mercy, His forbearance, and His great generosity and kindness, so he hopes for His goodness, Glorified and Exalted is He, and hopes for His generosity and bounty. So he is between this and that, between fear and hope, until he meets his Lord, Glorified and Exalted is He. As for the one who feels secure, is heedless, and turns away, who does not fear Allah or His punishment, but is rather distracted and negligent in his sins and heedlessness, he is in danger of being taken by surprise and losing both this world and the Hereafter, we seek refuge in Allah. That is, he is in danger of being taken for his sins and without repentance, so he loses both this world and the Hereafter and abides in the Fire and painful punishment, we seek refuge in Allah from the Fire. We ask Allah for safety. Yes.
Then did they feel secure from the plan of Allah? But no one feels secure from the plan of Allah except the losing people.
أَفَأَمِنُوا مَكْرَ اللَّهِ فَلا يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا الْقَوْمُ الْخَاسِرُونَAnswer: According to its apparent meaning:
