The remembrance of Allah is a cure for the constriction of the chest

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
And some of the brothers say that sometimes I experience a constriction in my chest without any reason, to the extent that I cannot settle in one place. What should I do, and what do you advise me?

Answer:
Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured."الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُمْ بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
[Surah al-Ra'd: 28] You should turn to the remembrance of Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) when you feel this constriction; so turn to the remembrance of Allah: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god but Allah), Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest), La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (There is no power and no strength except with Allah), Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan Allahi al-Azim (Glory be to Allah and His praise, Glory be to Allah the Magnificent), La ilaha illa Allah wahdahu la sharika lah, lah al-mulk wa lah al-hamd, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir (There is no god but Allah alone, having no partner; His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is over all things competent). Increase in this, in reciting the Qur'an, and seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, and it will go away. Praise be to Allah.
