This is authentic; it is an authentic hadith.

They said: “And in our Najd,” so he repeated it several times, then he said:
There is the horn of Satanهناك قرن الشيطان
meaning in the East, and that it is in Najd, and in the East as a whole. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) indicated that there are Mudar and Rabi'ah in Najd who possess evil and harshness. He said: “The people of camels.”
He (peace and blessings be upon him) indicated that the Arab tribes possess ignorance and evil, except for those whom Allah guides. The intention is not Najd alone; the intention here is the East, from where the horn of Satan rises, meaning the entire East, the East of Madinah, and the East of the whole world, because there were found types of religious innovations and types of evils, and communism appeared, and corruption appeared there in the East.
Likewise, there is evil in this Peninsula. Many Arabs apostatized after his death (peace and blessings be upon him), and evil was in Banu Hanifah, Banu Asad, and Banu Tamim. Some of them claimed prophethood: Musaylimah in Banu Hanifah, Sajah in Banu Tamim, and Talhah in Banu Asad. Their evil was great, then Allah guided them, and they entered the religion of Allah. But the evil is from the direction of Khurasan, and from the direction of what is beyond that from the direction of China, and from the direction of the lands .... there is much evil,......
