Is it permissible to use the word "creates" to describe the actions of humans?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : I heard some of the brothers say, meaning, regarding the method of teaching of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), that he would say something, as if he creates a problem for them, and then after a period of time, he reveals it to them, making them think. Is it permissible for us to say, for example, "he creates a problem"? Is it permissible to utter this word according to the Shari'ah?

The Shaykh : And did you hear this?

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : The question is now directed at you. Your difficulty with the expression is your observation of the word "creates" or the sentence itself: "he creates a problem for them"?
The student : My confusion is that a person...

The Shaykh : You think, answer the question. And if the question is not clear to you, I am ready to repeat it.
The student : It is clear, our Shaykh. The word "creates."

The Shaykh: All right.
The student: Peace be upon you.

The Shaykh : And upon you be peace, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. The word "creates" is mentioned in the Qur'an on the tongue of 'Isa (peace be upon him): "And I create for you from clay..." And I create what?
The student :
for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird لَكُمْ مِنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ
[Ali 'Imran 3:49]
.

The Shaykh
from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird مِنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ
[Ali 'Imran 3:49]
So this usage, in its origin, is acceptable. But there is a noble etiquette attributed to 'Ali, who said:
Speak to people according to the capacity of their minds; do you want to make Allah and His Messenger a lie? كلِّموا الناس على قدر عقولهم ؛ أتريدون أن يكذب الله ورسوله ؟!
So the use of this word among people who do not know this terminology, or to whom this terminology is not clarified when the speaker speaks with it, is not appropriate, from this perspective. However, its origin is permissible by the text of the Qur'an.
Is it clear?
The student : Yes, may Allah reward you with good, our Shaykh.

The Shaykh : And beware of that.
