A word on the fact that all of Allah’s creation is good.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : On this occasion, I must mention a hadith that I consider very wonderful regarding this topic and the answer to this question. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw one of his Companions walking with his lower garment hanging below his ankles, so he said to him (peace and blessings be upon him)
Raise your loincloth, for that is more pious
Ash-Shama'il Al-Muhammadiyah 119Da'if Isnād (Zubair `Aliza'i)
The man said to him, “O Messenger of Allah, I have a bow in my legs.” What does “I have a bow in my legs” mean? It means from the area of the legs; do you know what that is? No, no, it is curved, a curved leg, a straight leg. Some people have a long gap, and the foot almost touches the other foot. This is what “I have a bow in my legs” means. So he, or the one who lengthened his garment, did so to cover this defect in his opinion. He excused himself for lengthening his garment for this reason. So he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him
O so-and-so يا فلان
And here is the point
Every creation of Allah is beautiful
Therefore, what we see with our physical human eyes, we must judge immediately that it is a limited vision. It does not look, as the old Arabic proverb says, beyond the tip of one’s nose. They say, “So-and-so does not look beyond the tip of his nose,” meaning from here to here. But to look far? No. And no matter how far a person’s vision is, even very far, it is a limited vision. This is a Companion of the Messenger (peace be upon him) who saw himself as defective because of the bow and curvature in his legs, so he covered it by lengthening his garment, because if he made it shorter, something of the bow would be visible. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) drew his attention to the fact that what you see as a defect is not a defect, because Allah is the One who created you, and this is not your making, as Allah Mighty and Majestic said
This is the creation of Allah. So show Me what those other than Him have created
[Luqman 31:11]
They do not create anything. So if this fetus is born naturally and is disabled or afflicted with a disease that the doctors have determined in advance, and this is the will of Allah and His decree, it is to be a lesson for the healthy, as it is said, “Health is a crown on the heads of the healthy, which only the sick see.” Also, there is a noble and very great Prophetic guidance, which is
Do not look at those above you, but look at those below you, for that is more likely to prevent you from belittling the blessing of Allah upon you.
There may be a person who is beautiful in appearance, and there is no disagreement, even among those who look at themselves as ugly in appearance, who might say, “By Allah, this one is beautiful.” So this variation in creation and in beauty is from the decree of Allah, the Almighty, the All-Knowing, the Wise. So when Allah created beauty and created its opposite, that was with the profound wisdom we mentioned, which can be expressed by what was said in the past: “Things are made clear by their opposites.” If not for ugliness, beauty would not be known. If not for sickness, health would not be known. If not for the male, there would be no female. If not for the female, there would be no male. So all this creation that we see, as Allah Mighty and Majestic created people with their innate disposition, is from the wisdom of Allah Mighty and Majestic. And therefore, one should not respond to the opinions of doctors in matters that have not yet entered the field of life. If they enter the field of life, then there comes his saying (peace and blessings be upon him)
O servants of Allah, seek medical treatment, for Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down for it a cure.
This is the hadith of Usamah ibn Sharik (may Allah be pleased with him).
