Ruling on continuing to use a single form in the opening supplication of the prayer

Question:
Is it permissible to use a single form for the opening supplication, and what is the ruling if a person continues to use one form in his prayers?

Answer:
If a person continues to use a single form that is established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), there is nothing wrong with it. And if he uses the various forms of opening supplication that have been reported, using one form at one time and another at another time, that is a good thing.
