Question:
Is it established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he concludes the first sermon by saying: “May Allah bless me and you in the great Qur'an”?

Answer:
Answer: I do not know of this, and the matter is easy in this regard. If he says “May Allah bless,” this is a supplication, and it is good. One should not criticize the one who does it, and the practice has been established in these lands. Even if it were not reported, the attendees would find it strange, but there is no prohibition in it, praise be to Allah.
