What is obligatory for one who is afflicted with showing off and obsessive doubts

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
They mentioned a person who was afflicted with showing off or obsessive doubts in his heart. What is obligatory for him? And how does he reach the level of excellence in worship?

Answer:
Answer: It is obligatory for him to do two things. The first thing is to seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. This is the first thing. (And if a suggestion from Shaytan should come to you, then seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, He is Hearing and Knowing.) The second thing is that he should not pay attention to this obsessive doubt. He should leave it, forget it, and continue with his work, and it will not harm him, if Allah wills.
