What is the difference between the buy-back sale and the commodity sale?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
In sales, O Shaykh, what is the difference between the buy-back sale and the commodity sale?

Answer:
Answer: The buy-back sale is forbidden. It is when a person sells a commodity for a deferred price, then sells it back to the one from whom he borrowed for a price lower than the deferred price. This is the buy-back sale, and it is forbidden because it is usury. This is the issue of the buy-back sale because he has returned to the very substance of his wealth. It is said to be called "aynah" (the eye) because the intended goal is obtaining the substance itself, not the buying and selling. Rather, it is a stratagem to reach usury.
