The Superiority of the Scholar over the Worshipper

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is this hadith, "One scholar is more severe for Shaytan than a hundred worshippers," authentic? Please explain this to us and tell us if it is correct.

Answer:
Answer: Yes, its meaning is correct. Shaytan does not fear the worshippers because they do not possess knowledge; he covers them over, and they do not realize it. As for the scholar, he has no escape from him, and the scholar resists the evil of Shaytan. The worshipper is unable to refute Shaytan's doubts and distinguish between error and truth. Therefore, the worshippers do not pose a problem for Shaytan; he covers them over. As for the scholar, he exhausts Shaytan. For this reason, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The superiority of the scholar over the worshipper is like the superiority of the moon over the other stars."
