The Muslims have a known scholarly reference to which they turn

Question:
Some scholars issue fatwas that contradict the position of the Committee of Senior Scholars in this blessed land, causing confusion. What do you advise regarding this?

Answer:
We have referred to this. We said to be wary of scholarly chaos and the fatwas of the ignorant, the pretenders to knowledge, or the misguiders who seek to mislead people. You must be cautious of these fatwas, these satellite channels, and this excessive discussion that has become prevalent now. Praise be to Allah, the Muslims have known scholarly references to which they turn. Yes.
