The ruling on the prayer of one who lets his garment hang below the ankles

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q215: The questioner says: What is the ruling on the prayer of one who lets his garment hang below the ankles?
A215: The prayer is valid, but one who lets his garment hang below the ankles should not be taken as an imam. However, if he comes while he is praying and there is no other congregation, one should pray behind him and not leave the congregational prayer. One should advise him after the prayer and explain it to him.
