The acidity that comes out of the stomach

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The sixth question of the fatwa numbered ( 17594 )
Q6: Whatis the ruling on the acid reflux that rises from the stomach to the mouth while I am fasting, provided it is not intentional and does not come out to the point where it returns to the stomach? ؟
A6: If something comes out of the stomach of a fasting person to his mouth, it is obligatory for him to spit it out. If he intentionally swallows it, his fast is invalid; because he intentionally put something into his stomach. However, if it does not reach the mouth, or if it reaches the mouth and returns without his choice, he owes nothing for it; because of the saying of Allah, the Exalted:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacityلاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلا وُسْعَهَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
